About this site: who we are and how we work

In short: this site helps practicing professionals use AI for real work tasks, with tested prompts and Claude Skills and explanations of their limits. A small independent editorial team produces it with AI assistance, and we disclose how that works.

What is this site, and who is it for?

This site is an independent guide to using AI in professional work. We focus on real tasks, tested processes, and their limits and risks.

At launch we cover ten professions: accountants, real-estate agents, healthcare professionals, event planners, engineers, lawyers, travel agents, construction managers, sales managers, and interior designers. We also cover Excel and Microsoft 365, and compare Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Grok.

This English edition is written for US readers first, with notes for the UK, Australia, and India. The Spanish, French, and Portuguese editions are written for their own markets, not translated from this one.

Who is behind this site?

A small independent editorial team publishes under the collective byline “the editorial team.” There are no named authors yet. We prefer an honest collective byline to invented personas or credentials.

How is the content made?

We use AI to write drafts and a model from a different family to edit them, with automated checks before a human publisher decides what is published. We disclose this because you should know how a page was produced before relying on it.

  1. Research. Topics come from what professionals search for in each market and the tasks and regulations that matter there.
  2. AI-assisted draft. A model writes a draft from a brief prepared by the editorial team.
  3. Cross-family editing. A model from a different family checks facts against the brief, removes unsupported claims, and tightens the style.
  4. Deterministic checks. Automated checks cover title length, invented numbers, one language per page, working links, and build validation.
  5. Human decision. A human publisher sets the editorial rules, chooses topics, and decides what is published.

Regulatory statements must cite an official source with a date. Unverified statements are left out.

Prompts and Claude Skills go through a test bench before receiving a “tested” label, with 3 runs per model. The methodology page explains the testing and grading process.

What do we not do?

We do not run ads, use affiliate links, or publish sponsored content or paid reviews. No vendor pays us or has seen pages before publication. We do not accept guest posts or paid placements. There are no popups.

The only thing we ask of readers is an optional newsletter subscription. Sending has not started yet. Once it does, each issue will contain a tested workflow and a model or tool change worth knowing about, at most once a week.

Are we affiliated with the AI companies?

No, this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, or xAI. We use model and product names only to identify what we write about. The trademarks belong to their owners.

How do I report an error?

Report it through the contact page, identifying the page and what you think is wrong. Include a source if you have one.

We check the claim against the source and fix errors. When a change affects a fact, number, test result, or regulatory statement, we add a dated correction note on the page.

Test records are historical. We do not rewrite them to match a newer model; new model versions get a re-test.

What are the limits of this site?

This site provides information, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, real-estate, or financial advice. We do not claim that every page has been reviewed by a licensed professional.

AI output can be wrong. “Tested” means only what the methodology defines, not a guarantee of results. Models change. Verify information with a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting on it.

You remain responsible for what you send to clients or authorities and for the data you paste into AI tools. Do not paste confidential client or patient data into consumer AI tools without checking your professional rules and the tool’s terms. See our terms for the full conditions.
