Terms of use

In short: This site publishes information about using AI tools in professional work. It is not professional advice, and you are responsible for checking AI output before you use it. Our prompts and Claude Skills are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with attribution, while other content is all rights reserved.

This is a working version, not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

What this site is

This site is an independent information resource for practicing professionals. It covers real work tasks in fields such as accounting, law, healthcare, real estate, engineering and construction management.

The content connects tasks with processes using prompts or Claude Skills and explains their limits and risks. We also cover tools such as Excel and Microsoft 365 and compare AI models.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, real estate or financial advice. A prompt, skill or test result is not a substitute for professional judgment.

For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney. Accounting and tax work needs review by an appropriately qualified professional, such as a CPA. Medical decisions require a physician or other appropriately licensed clinician. Engineering and real estate work likewise require the relevant professional review.

Verify information with a professional licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on it. You remain responsible for work you send to clients or authorities.

AI output and your responsibility

AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a draft to check, not as an authority.

Verify every figure, citation and deadline against the original source. Check any regulatory statement before relying on it. A fluent answer is not evidence that its content is accurate or appropriate for your situation.

You are responsible for the information you paste into AI tools. Do not paste confidential client or patient data into consumer AI tools without checking your professional rules and the tool’s terms. Review the tool’s privacy policy as well.

A licensed or otherwise responsible professional must check the drafts produced by skills before they are used in professional work.

What “tested” means

A “tested” label means only that a prompt or skill has been tested according to our methodology. The process includes 3 runs per model and a rubric written and locked before the first run. The methodology page explains the grading and review process.

Testing does not guarantee results. Models change, and a previous result does not establish how a newer version will perform. Test records remain historical; new model versions receive a new test rather than a rewritten record.

Third-party tools and trademarks

Third-party AI tools have their own terms and privacy policies. Those apply when you use the tools. We do not control them.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape this site in a way that overloads the server.

Do not present our content as an official or regulatory source. Do not misrepresent your use of our content as endorsed by us. Permission to reuse a prompt or skill is not an endorsement.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. A test result or published process is not a promise that you will obtain the same result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage resulting from using this site or relying on its content.
