Itinerary + Booking Disclosures Builder
Builds a day-by-day itinerary that respects client constraints, marks every unverified fact to confirm, and appends the agency's booking terms and a to-book checklist.
Ready-to-install Claude Skills for travel agents: what each does, how it was tested and how to install it.
The Itinerary + Booking Disclosures Builder drafts a client-facing, day-by-day itinerary for travel advisors. You paste the travelers’ profile, dates, destinations and constraints, plus your agency’s booking terms. The skill plans around those constraints, marks every unverified fact for you to confirm, and appends the booking terms and a to-book checklist. The output is a draft that you, as the responsible professional, check before sending to a client.
To install it in Claude Code, download the ZIP, unpack it into ~/.claude/skills/ (or .claude/skills/ inside your project), and restart Claude Code. The skill loads when your request matches its description. If you don’t use a terminal, open a Claude Project, go to Project instructions, paste the SKILL.md text, and save. Every chat in that project follows those instructions.
The listed tests used Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5 on 2026-10-19, and Claude Fable 5.1 on 2026-10-20. Each listed model ran the skill three times on a fictional input written with its rubric before the skill existed. A model from another family, gpt-6-astra, graded every run. Read the methodology for the testing setup.
For US practice, our country research verified no official AI-specific source for travel agents. Seller-of-travel registration and disclosure rules vary by state; your agency confirms its own obligations. Practitioners in the UK or Australia should check their own rules.
